In October 2008, the Province of British Columbia and the
District of Maple Ridge approved a Memorandum of Understanding
(MOU) to build up to 46 new supportive housing units on a
district-owned site.

Alouette Heights at 22207 Brown Avenue (Operator: Alouette Home Start Society) - Provide 46 apartments of supportive housing for low-income singles who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Priority will be given to those living in Maple Ridge. The development is intended for clients who have already achieved some level of stability through treatment.
