Homeless Outreach Connection to housing, income assistance, and community-based support services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
     
Aboriginal Homeless Outreach Connection to housing and necessary support services to address housing, health and cultural needs for homeless Aboriginal people living off-reserve
     
Emergency Shelter Temporary shelter, food and a variety of support services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
     
Extreme Weather Response Temporary spaces made available during weather conditions where sleeping outside might threaten health and safety. Activated by local community from November 1 through March 31 (subject to change)   
     
Homeless Prevention Program Aimed at providing people in identified at-risk groups facing homelessness with portable rent supplements to help them access rental housing in the private market
     
Women's Transition Housing & Supports Emotional support and crisis intervention; safe, temporary shelter with 24/7 staffing; help in accessing housing, financial, medical and legal assistance for women with dependent children
