Section F: Asset Information (including bank statements)
This section corresponds to the application form.
Please fill out the application form and provide the following
supporting documentation.
Applicant households can have up to $100,000 in combined family
assets
and still be eligible, thus asset proof is required for
both yourself and your spouse.
Please provide
all of the following proofs of assets:

Copies of current bank statements for all chequing / savings accounts for a 30 day period

Letter from financial institution indicating all financial holdings
NOTE: you can get the above-mentioned documents at your bank or
financial institution.
