Section C: Household Information
This section corresponds to the application form.
Please fill out the application form and provide the following
supporting documentation.
Household information is required to calculate your elgibility
for rental assistance. Proof of residency and family size
information is required. To determine your family size, we will be
using your application form and the documents
referenced in the sections linked below.
To be eligible for rental assistance all members of the
household must also be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident or
a refugee claimant.
Please also provide a photocopy of proof of residency for
each household family member.
