Born to Canadian parents outside of Canada

If you were born outside Canada to parent(s) that were Canadian citizens at the time of your birth, please provide a photocopy of your long form Certificate of Canadian Citizenship or a photocopy of your Certificate of Registration of Birth Abroad.
