Section E: Rent Information
This section corresponds to the application form.
Please fill out the application form and provide the following
supporting documentation.
To determine the amount of cash assistance for which your family
may be eligible, you need to provide information showing what your
family household is paying in rent.
NOTE: You not be eligible if you are living in
subsidized housing or are a shareholder in a co-op.
Please provide a photocopy of one (1) of the following as proof
of your rental amount:

Copy of recent rent receipt (up to the past 3 months) from the landlord confirming your rental amount, address, date, name of landlord and tenants, landlord telephone number, and landlord signature

Copy of your rental contract

Copy of notice of rent increase

Copy of your Tenancy Agreement (this sample tenancy agreement is provided courtesy of the Residential Tenancy Branch of B.C. Your tenancy agreement may look different.)

Copy of the front and back of the last cashed rent cheque from your bank (NOTE: If it is a copy and NOT the original, it must also include a stamped by the bank.)
