  • Director's Note/Report indicating that:
    • the housing provider has tenant income verification on file and the tenant rent is collected as approved by BCHMC
    • the reserve are maintained according to the terms of the operating agreement
    • the housing provider has any housing operations not under agreement with BCHMC
    • the housing provider carries on activities other than shelter operations
    • the statements include any related party transactions. If yes, provide details of the transactions
    • whether the housing provider is insured with Marsh
    • Whether there were any sale or purchase of buildings during the year
