Confirm Your Eligibility
The Modernization and Improvements (M&I) program provides
funding for capital repairs. In order to be considered for M&I
funding, you must meet the following criteria:

Existing non-profit (eligibility as outlined in your operating agreement) or directly-managed buildings funded through
BC Housing -
Capital repair projects over $5,000
And only covers those items

NOT already covered under the replacement reserve funding
