As a key player with the title of Regional Maintenance Technician, you will provide a wide range of technical and administrative maintenance services in the Vancouver area. This will include determining corrective and preventative maintenance priorities for buildings through diagnosis, inspection and budget planning. Through activities such as specification reviews, site inspection and contract tendering, you will work with external consultants in the design and delivery of maintenance and capital improvement projects.

Your building, engineering or architectural technology program diploma is combined with at least 2 years in technologist or facilities management work, or 2 years of construction contract administration and field experience that includes work with CCDC-2 contracts

The salary for this bargaining unit position is $2,092 - $2,431 bi-weekly range. Comprehensive benefits are offered.
