Service partners
Access to housing is often combined with support services, such as
income support, health, education, employment and skills training,
to meet the needs of vulnerable British Columbians. To achieve this
goal, BC Housing has engaged in innovative partnerships with other
levels of government, health authorities, and local service
providers to integrate housing and support services.
Health Authorities
The regional health authorities in BC partner in many of BC
Housing’s developments. Many supported or transitional
housing developments receive health services for seniors, people
with disabilities, people with substance use problems, people at
risk for homelessness and those with mental health issues,
delivered by the health authorities. For more information on the
