• Tenant handbook – Provides current tenants with a better understanding of the approach and policies that BC Housing follows in an attempt to make their homes a safe, affordable and comfortable place to live. The handbook covers topics such as moving in, keys, pets, guests, moving out, and paying the rent. It also includes basic safety information, what to do if you have a complaint, and a section on tenant rights.

• Mould Management Guide for Residents – How to prevent mould from growing, how to find out if mould is growing in your home, and how to clean up small amounts of mould.
