In British Columbia, BC Housing helps more than 83,900 households, with low to moderate-incomes, live in subsidized housing. Another 13,000 households have applied to The Housing Registry for subsidized housing.

Under 10% of the total housing in B.C. is subsidized, while over 90% is private sector housing. Subsidized housing helps people in the greatest need.
