How is the SAFER subsidy paid?

There are two ways to receive the SAFER subsidy:

  • By direct deposit - subsidy will be deposited on the last working day of the month; or
  • By cheque - cheques are sent during the last week of the month.
We recommend direct deposit as this is the only way we can ensure that the subsidy will arrive by month end.
