• Tenant Services
  Providing direct support to our tenants and communities, including health services, tenant support and community liaison.

• Property Management
  Taking care of a range of buildings and properties owned by BC Housing, including groundskeeping, janitorial work, building management and property management.

• Central Services
  Touching all parts of the organization, this job family encompasses a range of disciplines from finance, lending, legal, to human resources and communications.

• Building Technology and Development
  Applying project management expertise and leading-edge green technology to retrofit, maintain and "adapt to need" our directly-managed housing portfolio. Also leads the development and construction process for all new construction of non-profit housing.

• Information Technology
  Providing a range of IT services and support across the organization as well developing and implementing new applications, procedures and systems.

• Admin/Clerical Services
  We have a range of administrative support positions, from entry level to senior support, across each of our five job families above. Selecting Admin/Clerical Services will list all current opportunities from each.
