Advertisement SITE REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES At Chamberlain Place, Tumbler Ridge, BC Public Bid Call #1080-0708/03 British Columbia Housing Management Commission, (BC Housing), is tendering for Site Representative Services, for the furnishing of Property Management Services, for a social housing development in Tumbler Ridge, B.C. The respondents must provide information, documentation, references, rates, and meet the following minimum requirements, to be considered for evaluation: • A minimum of three (3) years of related property management experience; • Individual, contractor or employee(s) must be bondable with proven experience in cash control procedures and subject to a criminal records review; • Demonstrated ability in the performance of building, grounds, janitorial and custodial duties; • Good communication skills, both written and oral; • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with the public, government agencies and tenants; • Good organizational and administrative skills; • Ownership or access to, suitable tools and equipment required to perform the duties of manager/caretaker; • Must hold a valid BC Drivers License and have the use of a reliable vehicle; • A working knowledge of the British Columbia Residential Tenancy Act; • Residency in Tumbler Ridge, B.C. is a requirement.
