Bids will be received at BC Housing – Home Office at the above address, only up until 2 :00 p.m. (local time), August 23, 2007 and publicly opened at that time.

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held for bidders on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at 7434 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC.

The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labour & Material Bond each in the amount of fifty (50%) of the bid call price.
