PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

are invited for Request for Qualifications #1070-0708/508

The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being conducted by BC Housing to identify qualified and experienced Construction Management companies that are interested in participating in a major initiative to develop social and supportive housing on municipally owned sites in several cities in the province, including 12 sites in the City of Vancouver. Successful proponents will partner with non-profit housing providers and will have a major role in shaping the success of this undertaking.

A challenging development and construction schedule has been produced in order to respond to the urgent need for this housing. Construction Management services are required immediately and the objective is to commence on-site construction on a number of sites in the City of Vancouver in 2008.

Construction managers experienced in the delivery of cost effective non-profit housing, the integrated design process and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-party stakeholder process are encouraged to respond to this RFQ
