BC Housing is looking for an “off the shelf” case management software solution that will:

• Replace the existing Health Services system (MS Access) which no longer meets the Commission’s  business needs and has become technically obsolete;
• Fulfill the organization’s functional requirements for the health services program;
• Provide an intuitive web-based user interface for ease of navigation and data entry;
• Establish single-point of data entry and synchronized client master records; and
• Incorporate forms management in the various processes.

An Optional Respondent’s Information Meeting will be held for bidders on Friday, January 11, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at BC Housing – Home Office at Suite 601 – 4555 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC.
