SEALED RESPONSES

are invited for Request For Technical Qualification # 1070-0708/515

The purpose of this Request for Technical Qualifications is to qualify Respondents experienced in the following Product/Service Areas:

• Document management
• Web content management
• Email management
• Forms management
• Records management

Based on the review of the RFTQ Responses, BC Housing intends to establish a List of Qualified Suppliers who, on an “as, if and when requested” basis, may be contacted directly, or asked to compete, to enter into a Contract(s) for provision of the products/services required.

RFTQ Documents will be available for downloading only to Respondents after 2:00 p.m., Wednesday January 30, 2008, at the BC Housing website http://www.bchousing.org/Contractors

Responses will be received at BC Housing – Home Office at 601-4555 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC, only up until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Monday March 3, 2008 and publicly opened at that time.

An optional Information Meeting will be held for bidders on Thursday, February 14, 2008 at 1:00 p.m., at BC Housing, 601-4555 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC.
