Wednesday, November 16, 2011 and opened at that time.
There will be a Mandatory Site Meeting on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at 800 McLean Drive, Vancouver, BC. Respondents not at this mandatory meeting will not have their submission considered and returned to them unopened.
