Bids will be received at BC Housing – Home Office at the above address, only up until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, March 20, 2008 and publicly opened at that time.

The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labour & Material Bond, each in the amount of fifty (50%) of the bid call price.

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held for bidders on Monday, March 10, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at 2484 Cassiar Drive, Vancouver, BC.
