are invited for Request for Proposa l #1070-0809/502

  

Proposal Documents will be available for downloading to Proponents after 11:00 a.m., on Monday April 21st, at the websites of BC Housing and BC Bid for one or more NHA Approved Lenders to provide mortgage lending, over a specified period (from six months up to several years), for new take-out mortgages and mortgage renewals of existing Social Housing/Group Home projects.

                                                                                                                                   

Bids will be received at BC Housing – Home Office at 1701 – 4555 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 4V8 , only up until 11:00 a.m. (local time), Thursday, May 1, 2008 and publicly opened at that time.
