are invited for Public Bid Call #1080-0809/02

Downloadable Bid Documents will be available for Contractors after 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at www.bchousing.org Contractors & Suppliers.

Bids will be received at BC Housing – Home Office at 1701 – 4555 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC, only up until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Tuesday, May 13, 2008 and publicly opened at that time.

The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labour & Material Bond each in the amount of fifty (50%) of the bid call price.

A Mandatory site Meeting will be held for bidders on Monday, April 28, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at 400 Campbell Avenue, Vancouver, BC.
