are invited for Public Bid Call #1080-0809/01

Downloadable Bid Documents and Bid Deposit Instructions will be available for Contractors after 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at http://www.bchousing.org/Contractors and http://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/open.dll/welcome

Bids will be received at BC Housing – Vancouver Island Region at 301 – 3440 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC, only up until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Monday, May 26, 2008 and publicly opened at that time.

The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labour & Material Bond each in the amount of fifty (50%) of the bid call price.

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held for bidders on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at 606 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC.
