are invited for Public Bid Call #1065-0809/13

Downloadable Bid Documents and Bid Deposit Instructions will be available for Contractors after 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at http://www.bchousing.org Contractors & Suppliers and www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/open.dll/welcome

Bids will be received at BC Housing – Vancouver Island Region, 301 – 3440 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC only up until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Tuesday, May 27, 2008 and publicly opened at that time.

The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labour & Material Bond each in the amount of fifty (50%) of the bid call price.

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held for bidders on Friday, May 16, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. at 635 Pidcock, Courtenay, BC.
