BUILDING ENVELOPE GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES
BC Housing, in partnership with the Government of Canada, has issued a request for Building Envelope General Contracting Services for a Targeted Window and Door Replacement Project in Victoria, B.C.
The Housing Renovation Partnership is a $177 million program jointly funded by the Government of Canada, through Canada’s Economic Action Plan and the Province of British Columbia, to renovate and retrofit social housing developments in communities across the province over the next two years.
BUILDING ENVELOPE CONTRACTOR INFORMATION:
Sealed Bids will be received at Unit 7 – 7855 East Saanich Road, Saanichton, B.C. V8M 2B4, ATTN: Michael Wilson, no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time), Friday, March 12, 2010.
A Mandatory Information Meeting will be held for bidders on Friday, March 5, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at 411 Sitkum Road, Victoria, B.C. Should the bidder fail to attend the mandatory site examination it will result in the bidder being disqualified from the bid.
Please direct all inquiries in writing to RDH Building Engineering Ltd. at mmulleray@rdhbe.com no later than Tuesday, March 9, 2010.
