are invited for Public Invitation to Tender Measure L01: Fire Alarm and Emergency Generator Upgrade at Steeves Manor
MCW Custom Energy Solutions Ltd. (MCW/CES) is an established Canadian Energy Service Company (ESCo) servicing various building sectors throughout Canada. MCW/CES is currently performing a comprehensive Energy Performance Contract and Building Renewal program with BC Housing Management Commission (BC Housing), involving a variety of measures in social housing sites in British Columbia.
MCW/CES is currently requesting bids from qualified Trade Contractors for the implementation of measure L01: Fire Alarm and Generator Upgrade. This measure consists of all work necessary for the upgrade of the existing fire alarm system and replacement of the existing emergency generator at Steeves Manor located at 1985 Wallace Street, Vancouver.

A Mandatory Site Visit will be conducted at the building, ‘Steeves Manor’ located at 1985 Wallace Street, Vancouver BC on Monday March 8, 2010 at 2:00pm. Bidders should be prepared to evaluate the building.
