Ameresco is currently implementing a comprehensive Energy
Performance Contract and Facility Renewal program for BC Housing
Management Commission (BC Housing) involving a variety of
efficiency and facility renewal measures in a number of BC
Housing’s Directly Managed Social Housing sites
throughout the Province.
Ameresco is currently seeking pricing from General Building Envelope Contractors for window replacement work at Culloden Court, 1361 East 47th, Vancouver, BC. The successful respondent will act as a sub-contractor to Ameresco on the project.

Mandatory Site Meeting will be held for bidders on
Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 10:00AM, at 1361 East 47th,
Vancouver, BC. Should the bidder fail to attend the
mandatory site examination, it will result in the bidder being
disqualified from the bid.
