WINDOW REPLACEMENT – ELLIOT STREET, VANCOUVER

BID CALL: 1065-1011/28

Ameresco Canada Inc. (Ameresco) is an Energy Service Company (ESCO) providing turnkey Energy Efficiency and Asset Planning services to various building sectors across Canada. Ameresco is currently implementing a comprehensive Energy Performance Contract and Facility Renewal program for BC Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) involving a variety of efficiency and facility renewal measures in a number of BC Housing’s Directly Managed Social Housing sites throughout the Province.

Ameresco is currently seeking pricing from General Building Envelope Contractors (HPO licensed Building Envelope Renovator) for Window replacement work – at 6620/6640/6660/6680 Elliott Street, Vancouver, BC. The successful respondent will act as a sub-contractor to Ameresco on the project.

Sealed bids, as per the RFP process, will be received at Ameresco Canada, #360- 2608 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC V6H 3V3, Attn: Doru Cornescu, no later than 3:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, August 5, 2010.

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held for bidders on Thursday July 22, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., at 6620 Elliott Street, Vancouver, BC. Should the bidder fail to attend the mandatory site examination, it will result in the bidder being disqualified from the bid.
