SEALED PROPOSALS
Respondents are invited for Request for Proposal #1070-1011/514
BC Housing intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) to support a portfolio management framework for all assets currently held by the Provincial Rental Housing Corporation (PRHC) across the Province of BC. Services required may include specialized real estate or portfolio advisory consulting which applies to assets that BC Housing, via the PRHC, currently owns.
This RFP will process solicitation(s) intended to establish a qualified roster of Suppliers to provide Real Estate and Portfolio Advisory Services.
BC Housing is inviting firms, partnerships, individuals and joint ventures (composed of firms, partnerships and/or individuals), qualified in the delivery of asset management plans, real property development, portfolio planning, financial analysis, and project delivery services, to submit individual or collective offers for each of the five (5) Work Packages described in this document. These services are required on an “as and when requested” basis. The term of this proposal call will include three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year optional renewal periods.
A completed Receipt Confirmation Form must be returned no later than 4:00 pm, Monday August 16, 2010 to be considered for this Proposal and to confirm your attendance at the Mandatory Information Meeting.
Proposals will be received at BC Housing – Home Office at 1701-4555 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 4V8, only up to 2:00 pm (local time), Friday, August 27, 2010 and publicly opened at that time.
A Mandatory Information Meeting will be held for proponents at 1:00 pm, on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at Suite 1701-4555 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC.
