a bid for the:
1.) Heritage Façade shoring and retention (Design Build based on Preliminary Sketches)
2.) Hazmat Removal
3.) Building Demolition
For the 3 1/2 storey masonry and wood frame building at 31 West Pender Street in Vancouver, BC
Firms may bid on any single package or all 3 packages
Please fill out the attached registration form and fax back to VanMar Constructors 1032 Inc. and download all back-up documentation prior to the mandatory walkthrough on Thursday September 2 at 9:00 AM
It is the bidders’ responsibility to check this website for addenda prior to closing
All Demolition Materials will need to be recycled and documented where possible as this is a LEED Gold Project
3 Recent references must be provided with the bid.
A detailed safety plan must be provided with the bid and will be submitted to the City of Vancouver
Tender Closing September 14th 2010 at 2:00 p.m.
