Expansion of Covenant House

Premier Gordon Campbell spoke at the announcement of the expansion of Covenant House, a shelter and resource centre for homeless youth. The expansion will receive funding from the Housing Endowment Fund as well as from VANOC. PROVINCE FAST-TRACKS NEW HOUSING FOR SURREY HOMELESS
