Guidelines for developers

Public Tendering Guidelines for Non-Profit Housing

The public tendering guidelines for non-profit housing should be used for all non-profit design tender projects. Housing providers using a design tender approach should ensure that the architect for the project has a copy of the guidelines and follows the procedures.
