Affordable Housing for Victoria Families Breaks Ground
 | Representatives from the Province, Habitat for Humanity Victoria
and the Canadian Homebuilders Association of Victoria gathered to
officially break ground on a five-unit townhouse development for
low-income families and individuals with disabilities. The
Province, through BC Housing, provided a one-time grant of $300,000
for the purchase of the property and is providing a loan of up to
$475,000 for purchase and construction.
