BC Housing has the following calls for proposals open in the Vancouver Coastal Region. Non-Profit Societies: Vancouver

This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites societies and housing cooperatives to submit proposals to manage up to 252 residential units owned by the City of Vancouver in the former Olympic Athletes’ Village in Southeast False Creek.  The 252 units are located within three buildings. Each building will have a different mix of core need, low-end of market, and market rent units. Proponents may propose to manage one, two or all three buildings. They are located on the north side of West 1st Avenue between Columbia and Ontario Streets (see Appendix G).

In order to submit a response to this Request for Proposal, a representative of your organization must attend a mandatory site meeting on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at 151 West 1st Avenue in Vancouver, British Columbia.
