These calls are intended for non-profit societies and/or private operators interested in partnering with BC Housing to provide housing with support services. Non-Profit Societies: Victoria

BC Housing is seeking an experienced non-profit housing organization to operate a supportive housing site in Victoria located at 1172 Yates Street. The development provides 20 units of affordable housing for people most in need. The non-profit housing organization would manage the housing and provide on-site support services to the tenants.

A non-mandatory tour of the building and site will be held on July 9, 2008 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. for interested proponents.

Expressions of Interest must be made in a prescribed format and received by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 7 2008, forwarded to:
