Expressions of Interest (EOI)
Development Consultants: Nanaimo
BC Housing is seeking a Request for Expressions of
Interest on behalf of the Canadian Mental Health Association
– Mid Island Branch (CMHA) to oversee the
design, development and construction of the supportive housing
project to be developed on Wesley Street in Nanaimo.
The Province has provided $261 million to develop supportive
housing across British Columbia through Capital Funding for Public
Infrastructure Projects in partnership with municipalities through
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreements. CMHA is requesting
submissions from Development Consultants for Professional Services
to coordinate the development of 437 Wesley Street,
Nanaimo.
