We are implementing a number of green initiatives to ensure sustainable practices, which include:

BC Housing partners with the following organizations to ensure that subsidized developments operate within sustainable energy guidelines.

BC Housing is also reviewing energy incentive programs offered by other energy utilities, such as Fortis and Terasen, and federal programs such as those offered by Natural resources Canada (NRCan ), to identify funding opportunities for new construction and energy retrofit projects.
