Different housing programs have different funding arrangements.
As a result, it’s not possible to blend your budgeting,
banking or financial reporting requirements, because these vary
depending on the terms of your operating agreements.
However, if you have several separate buildings under only one
program, blending your operations may be feasible. Contact your
Property Portfolio Manager at BC Housing or Canada Mortgage and
Housing Corporation (CMHC), depending which organization leads the
housing program.
