How much does it cost for the housing and services?

Seniors' Supportive Housing tenants pay 20 per cent of their gross household income for their support services package. Where the total cost of the support services package exceeds 20 per cent of the tenant's income, BC Housing will provide a subsidy directly to the non-profit operators to cover the difference.
