Renovations and improvements will include:
- Showers instead of bathtubs, wherever possible
- Grab bars in washroom areas
- Appropriate handrails in common hallways
- Enhanced lighting for exits/entrances and
corridors
- Fire sprinklers and in-suite smoke detectors
