Will the support services package increase my monthly housing fees?

Seniors’ Supportive Housing tenants pay 50 per cent of their gross household income for their housing which includes the support services package. Of the 50 per cent, 30 percent is allocated to accomodation. The remaining 20 per cent is allocated to the support services package.

Where the total cost of the support services package exceeds 20 per cent, BC Housing will provide a subsidy directly to the housing services provider to cover the difference.
