Building Repairs & Small Capital Replacement Program

BC Housing provides funding to non-profit housing providers for new and existing housing properties through grants and subsidies.

The prospective funding recipients must be permanent, year-round shelter or drop-in centre operators, women’s transition house, safe home, or second stage housing programs that are currently funded by BC Housing under the Emergency Shelter Program or Women's Transition Housing and Supports Program.

Apply for the 2018/2019 Program

BC Housing will begin accepting applications for the 2018/2019 Building Repairs & Small Capital Replacement program on April 3, 2018.

Important dates:

  • Application period opens: April 3, 2018
  • Deadline for questions: April 9, 2018 at 4:00 PM (PST)
  • Deadline for submissions: April 30, 2018 at 4:00 PM (PST)
