Owner Builder Enforcement Registry now available on the BC Housing Website

BC Housing’s Owner Builder Enforcement Registry is now available online. After issuing an Owner Builder Authorization (OBA) to a property owner who wants to build their own home and who meets the eligibility requirements, we also ensure that they continue to meet their OBA obligations in the years ahead.
