Complaints Resolution Process
BC Housing is committed to working with its many stakeholders and partners to provide housing and services for British Columbians in greatest need, with the highest standard of service available. BC Housing takes complaints seriously and is committed to receiving, handling, and resolving complaints in a consistent, objective, fair, and timely fashion.
If you have non-emergency maintenance or building management issues, please contact your housing provider.

BC Ombudsperson
If you are dissatisfied with BC Housing’s service and have not been able to resolve an issue, you may complain to the BC Ombudsperson by clicking the link provided above.

BC Non-Profit Housing Association
The BC Non-Profit Housing Association (BCNPHA) was set up in 1993 to give a unified voice to the non-profit housing sector. BCNPHA takes the lead in representing the interests of the non-profit housing societies to government and the public.
