AMI Construction (“AMI”) and Andrey Intihar (“Intihar”), contrary to section 14(5) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), published information implying, suggesting or holding out in a manner that AMI is a Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) during the period of, or about, November 21, 2025, and January 28, 2026, without AMI or Inthiar being a BC Housing (“BCH”) LRB. On January 28, 2026, BCH issued Compliance Order 26-0002 to AMI and Inthiar, directing that AMI and Inthiar:
- immediately cease all signage, marketing, and other publications that imply, suggest, or hold out in any manner that AMI or Inthiar is a LRB; or
- immediately become a BCH LRB pursuant to section 14 of the Act.
AMI and Inthiar were ordered to comply with Compliance Order 26-0002 by February 27, 2026.
