Project overview
BC Housing is working on plans to redevelop existing homes at Robron Village with modern, energy efficient apartments that will serve the Campbell River community for years to come.
The proposed plan could include:
- Replacement of 48 rent geared to income homes for families.
- Approximately 200 new purpose-built rentals for people with moderate and middle incomes.
- Surface and underground parking
- Three buildings (2 phases) up to six storeys tall
All current residents of Robron Village would be supported throughout the redevelopment process.
The land would continue to be owned by BC Housing. Learn more about the Provincial Redevelopment Program.
M’akola Housing Society currently operates Robron Village. Learn more by visiting M’akola Housing Society.
