Project overview
In 2024, the Capital Regional Hospital District (CRHD) purchased the Mt. Tolmie Hospital site (3690 Richmond Road, Saanich) from Island Health. BC Housing entered into a lease of the site from the CRHD as of December 13, 2024.
At this time, we are evaluating possibilities for the site and do not yet have firm plans in place.
BC Housing is committed to keeping lines of communication open and we will share more information once we are able to do so.
