Project overview

BC Housing is partnering with the City of Victoria and the Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) to build 205 new homes at 926/930 Pandora Avenue.

The 21-storey mixed-use building will include:

  • 158 affordable homes
    • 70% of the homes will be subsidized with rent set at 30% of gross monthly income
    • 30% of the homes will be at or below market rate
  • 47 studio homes with support services (supportive housing)
  • A 16,000 square-foot community space owned by the City of Victoria and used for community programs and childcare

This project is being fast-tracked through the City of Victoria’s Rapid Deployment of Affordable Housing Resources process. To qualify, projects must align with the City’s Official Community Plan and meet other design criteria.
