Project overview
BC Housing and the District of North Vancouver are building 73 new subsidized homes for single women and women-led families at 1577 Lloyd Avenue.
The 5-storey wood-frame residential apartment building will include:
- 73 self-contained apartments, ranging from studios to units with up to 3 bedrooms
Subsidized housing is long-term housing for people living in BC with an income below certain limits. Rental fees are calculated on a rent geared to income basis.
We are currently working on updates to the housing operating model. We will share updates about the operator as more information becomes available.
We commit to being good neighbours. We will share any updates about this project as soon as they are available.
