Project overview
BC Housing, the District of North Vancouver and Raincity Housing are building 60 new affordable rental homes for single women and women-led families at 1577 Lloyd Avenue.
The 5-storey wood-frame residential apartment building will include:
- 60 self-contained apartments, ranging from studios to units with up to 4 bedrooms
Affordable rental housing is housing with rents equal to, or lower than, average rates in the private-market.
