Kulwant Mattu and Ranjit Mattu

On September 4, 2014, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), Kulwant Mattu (“K. Mattu”) and Ranjit Mattu (“R. Mattu”) (together, “the Mattus”), were issued a monetary penalty in a daily amount of $238, to a maximum of $7,150, for each day that passes until the demands contained in Compliance Order 12-0001 (the “CO”) have been satisfied. On February 12, 2014, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), s. 20.1(2)(b) and s. 20.1(2)(f) of the Homeowner Protection Act Regulation (the “Regulations”), Locarno Construction Ltd. (“LCL”), Michael Mills (“Mills”), and Nicola O’ Connor (“O’ Connor”), jointly and severally, were issued a monetary penalty in the single amount of $9,800. This Monetary Penalty was issued for the following reasons:

Manjit Dulai and Balvir Dulai

On March 13, 2012, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), and s. 20.1(2)(e) of the Homeowner Protection Act Regulation (the “Regulations”), Manjit Dulai (“M. Dulai”) and Balvir Dulai (“B. Dulai”) (together, the “Dulais”) were issued a monetary penalty, jointly and severally, in the single amount of $400.This Monetary Penalty was issued for the following reasons:

Marian (Mario) Bitoiu and Home and Style Construction Inc.

On November 15, 2011, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act, (the “Act”) and s. 20.1(2)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act Regulation, (the “Regulations”), Marian (Mario) Bitoiu (“M. Bitoiu”) and Home and Style Construction Inc. (“HSCI”) were issued a monetary penalty, jointly and severally, in the amount of $255, to a maximum of $7,700, for each day that passes until all of the demands contained in Amended Compliance Order 09-0008-1 have been satisfied. This Monetary Penalty was issued for the following reasons:

Mehak Bassi and Shamsher Singh Bharaj

On July 24, 2013, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), Mehak Bassi (“Bassi”) and Shamsher Singh Bharaj (“Bharaj”) were issued a monetary penalty in the amount of $183, to a maximum of $5,500, for each day that passes until the demands contained in Compliance Order 12-0054 have been satisfied. On July 22, 2020, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), Michael Stephen Hanson (“Hanson”) was issued a monetary penalty in a daily amount of $142, to a maximum of $4,250, for each day that passes until the demands contained in Compliance Order 19-0009 (the “CO”) have been satisfied. On June 11, 2014, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), Natalie Marie Raiche (“Raiche”), was issued a monetary penalty in a daily amount of $120, to a maximum of $3,600, for each day that passes until the demands contained in Compliance Order 12-0028 have been satisfied. On June 5, 2012, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), and s. 20.1(2)(e) of the Homeowner Protection Act Regulation (the “Regulations”), Parmjit Deol (“P. Deol”) was issued a monetary penalty in the single amount of $675." This Monetary Penalty was issued for the following reasons:

Pete Harding, Art H. Hayden and 0803002 BC Ltd.

On July 17, 2013, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), Pete Harding (“Harding”), Art H. Hayden (“Hayden”) and 0803002 BC Ltd. (“0803002 BCL”) were issued a monetary penalty in the amount of $240, to a maximum of $7,200, for each day that passes until the demands contained in Compliance Order 11-0025 have been satisfied. This monetary penalty was issued for the following reasons:

Peter Allan Duttenhoffer and Dollie Lenora Duttenhoffer

On September 18, 2014, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), Peter Allan Duttenhoffer (“P. Duttenhoffer”) and Dollie Lenora Duttenhoffer (“D. Duttenhoffer”)(together, “the Duttenhoffers”) were issued a monetary penalty in the amount of $720 on a daily basis for a period of 15 days to a maximum of $10,800, until the demands contained in Compliance Order 14-0044 have been satisfied. This Monetary Penalty was issued for the following reasons:

Polar Construction Ltd., Marshall Scott Schneider and Jennifer Schneider

On May 30, 2014, pursuant to s. 28.3 (1)(c ) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), Polar Construction Ltd. (“PCL”), Marshall Scott Schneider (“M. Schneider”) and Jennifer Schneider (“ J. Schneider”), jointly and severally, were issued a monetary penalty in the daily amount of $327 to a maximum of $9,800, for each day that passes until the condition issued for Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Residential Builder Licence 32540 (“HPO Licence 32540”) is satisfied.

Prairie Creek Homes Inc. (“PCH”) and Daniel Peter Friesen (“Friesen”)

On March 3, 2021, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), Prairie Creek Homes Inc. (“PCH”) and Daniel Peter Friesen (“Friesen”), jointly and severally, were issued a monetary penalty in a daily amount of $220, to a maximum of $6,600, for each day that passes until the demands contained in Compliance Order 20-0021 (the “CO”) have been satisfied.
